Ingredients

  • 5 oz Strawberries (140 g) Opt for ripe, medium-sized berries for a sweet, juicy crunch.
  • 1.5 oz Baby arugula (40 g) Choose baby arugula for its tenderness or trim larger leaves if necessary.
  • 5 oz Cherry tomatoes (140 g) small cherry tomatoes are perfect.
  • 3 oz Feta cheese (80 g) Feta cheese adds a creamy texture and rich flavor, but feel free to substitute with any similar cheese you prefer.
  • 1 oz Balsamic Vinegar Cream (25 g) This sweet dressing ties all the flavors together beautifully.
  • Salt. Black peper

Instructions

  • Сut the strawberry tails off.
  • Cut the strawberries into four pieces.
  • Cut the tomatoes or if they are very tiny, just halve them.
  • Enhance the cherry tomatoes by slicing and mixing them with salt and pepper in a separate dish. This allows them to release their full flavor without overpowering the other ingredients.
  • Cut the feta or goat cheese into triangles for an added touch of elegance.
  • Slightly mix together all ingredients.
  • Layer half of the salad ingredients, drizzle with balsamic cream.
  • Add the remaining half.
  • Drizzle again with a touch of balsamic cream. This ensures every bite is infused with flavor without the need to mix and helps to maintain a fresh look.
  • Impress guests!
