- 1.5 oz Baby arugula (40 g) Choose baby arugula for its tenderness or trim larger leaves if necessary.
- 5 oz Cherry tomatoes (140 g) small cherry tomatoes are perfect.
- 3 oz Feta cheese (80 g) Feta cheese adds a creamy texture and rich flavor, but feel free to substitute with any similar cheese you prefer.
- 1 oz Balsamic Vinegar Cream (25 g) This sweet dressing ties all the flavors together beautifully.
- Salt. Black peper
Instructions
- Сut the strawberry tails off.
- Cut the strawberries into four pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes or if they are very tiny, just halve them.
- Enhance the cherry tomatoes by slicing and mixing them with salt and pepper in a separate dish. This allows them to release their full flavor without overpowering the other ingredients.
