Ready to fuel your mornings like a supermodel? If you ever wondered how models like Cindy Crawford maintain their timeless glow and energy, turns out the secret isn’t just great genes. It has a lot to do with what’s in their morning self-care routines. After listening to Cindy Crawford spill all the details on one of my favorite podcasts, I had to try her favorite green smoothie and trust me, this three-minute recipe is a total energizer.
Jump to RecipeCindy Crawford has recently been on Skinny Confidential podcast and shared one of her youth model secrets that caught my attention.
Every morning, I follow my body and skincare routine, squeeze in a home workout, and drink my green smoothie for breakfast.
Cindy Crawford
Frankly, I’ve always known Cindy Crawford as the iconic ‘90s supermodel, whose workout routine videos my mom used to follow. I hadn’t quite followed her myself up until recently when one of the podcasts featuring her as a guest popped up on my feed. Made me instantly curious to check her out.
What caught my attention was how stunning she looked despite her age. She barely seemed to change since the 90th looking more like a “refined” version of herself from those old fitness tapes.
Of course, this observation got me curious about her supermodel secrets. So, along with other tips, I decided to give a try to the model smoothie she drinks every morning.
Normally I prefer sweet breakfast options, like overnight oat tiramisu or oat carrot cake. However, after trying her version of a healthy green smoothie, I appreciated it for being truly quick, nutritious, and energizing.
It takes just three minutes to make it. Also, it offers the ideal balance of protein and healthy fats – perfect for starting the day. I usually make a green or banana smoothie recipe as a post-workout meal. It also comes in handy on other occasions, when I’m limited on time and get hunger cravings.
Here’s the recipe for Cindy Crawford’s model smoothie:

I definitely need to try it! I’m obsessed with the idea of starting to drink the same balanced smoothie every day, but I still can’t pick a recipe. It would save so much time planning and preparing a different breakfast every single day!
