Here is one of my favorite overnight oats recipes – a time-saving creamy tiramisu overnight oats in jars. But I know many people skip breakfast and feel comfortable about it all their lives. Ah, the joys of skincare! Here’s my go-to morning skincare routine that works perfectly for me so far and takes only 2 minutes. First, wash off any nighttime skincare products, especially those containing retinol. Also, while we sleep, our skin does its magic, regenerating and producing sebum. And sebum is only washed off with cleansers. The choice depends on your skin type. After thoroughly cleansing your skin, always apply a day cream that moisturizes and nourishes the skin, making it easier to apply foundation. I prefer day moisturizing cream with SPF to protect the skin from the sun’s radiation and prevent aging. After all, a little protection goes a long way in keeping our skin glowing and healthy all day long!
